Paul A. Spagnoletti
President & CEO
Paul A. Spagnoletti is the President and CEO of Lionheart Maintenance. With 20-years of industry experience and holding senior executive positions at his two prior firms, Paul solidified an elite group of industry talent and former colleagues to form his own company in early 2010. With a reputation for being progressive, creative and of the highest professional integrity, Paul's track record demonstrates a proven industry leader. He has built an esteemed client list based on the philosophy of providing "boutique" style, hands-on service. In his career, Paul has worked on some of the largest and most intricate client projects and contract implementations throughout the Northeast corridor. Having Lionheart offices in New York City, New Jersey & Connecticut, Paul divides his time accordingly to support the Company’s client base and geographical territory. As President & CEO, his responsibilities include all aspects of the firm's business, with a particular emphasis on developing strategic objectives to advance the company's mission. Paul also focuses his efforts on Lionheart's Business Development, Financial Analysis, Marketing and Customer Retention. Being a "real estate enthusiast" and remaining actively involved in the industry, Paul participates in several industry trade groups, such as: BOMA, IFMA and ISSA.
Prior to establishing Lionheart, Paul was the President of DynaServ Industries, Inc. from 2006-2010. Paul was accredited with diversifying DynaServ's client base, improving service standards and achieving record financial results. Prior to DynaServ, Paul held a 10-year position at Triangle Services Inc, as the Chief Operating Officer for their Northeast Division. Before that experience, he was an Underwriter for The Chubb Insurance Group in their Commercial Property Department on Long Island New York.
Paul holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University. In October of 2001, Paul became a Founder & Trustee of the Gregory T. Spagnoletti Memorial Foundation, a charitable organization honoring his brother's legacy after the tragic events of 9-11. Additionally, Paul is an Executive Committee Member for the Eric Trump Foundation, a direct fundraising conduit for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Leslie J. Alvarado
Executive Vice President
As the Executive Vice President of Lionheart Maintenance, Leslie J. Alvarado has an array of responsibilities across several departments within the organization as well as vital interaction with the Company’s Client base. Leslie's dynamic management skills, demonstrated leadership, fiscal management experience, and ability to effectively delegate, all help promote Lionheart's strategic objectives. Leslie's responsibilities include corporate infrastructure, development and adherence of corporate policies & procedures, management of Lionheart's Labor Relations, as well as overseeing the firm's technological initiatives to advance efficiencies. Leslie has extensive Payroll knowledge, resulting in Lionheart's implementation of automated and advanced payroll systems. The Company’s payroll platform is an integral part of its' contract models and provides the organization a distinct competitive advantage. Throughout her career, Leslie has worked in all facets of the maintenance business; subsequently, her diverse background provides substantive depth to our Lionheart Team.
Prior to Lionheart, Leslie held a 17-year tenure with DynaServ Industries, Inc. She was appointed Vice President at DynaServ in 2008 after serving as the company's Manager of Labor Relations & Administration.
Prior to her career at Lionheart, Leslie attended Kean University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Additionally, Leslie successfully completed an ABA approved Paralegal Studies Certification for the State of New Jersey at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Vice President of Operations
Frank O'Malley is the Vice President of Operations for Lionheart Maintenance LLC. With over 30 years in the Building Maintenance Industry, Frank offers a wealth of knowledge and field experience to Lionheart's service portfolio. Frank has excellent comprehension in all aspects of Janitorial applications, varying facility types, multi-union and non-union workforces, day cleaning, work-loading and green cleaning platforms. Frank is the Executive liaison between the Corporate Office and the field. His core responsibilities include: establishing service standards for operational procedures, oversight of labor and supply budgets, quality assurance and continued enhancement of Lionheart's green cleaning programs. Frank's expertise is vital to Lionheart's "start-up" processes, insuring seamless Contract transitions and Client satisfaction. Additionally, Frank enjoys the direct involvement with our service workers and understands the value of training and proper motivation. Through personal and professional objectives, Frank seeks to instill a sense of pride, craftsmanship and professionalism in Lionheart's staff.
This is all evident as Frank began his career in the industry in 1977. Starting as a Union project worker at the World Trade Center, he gained "hands-on" working experience in one of the world's most notable trophy properties. In 1980, Frank then joined FedCap New York as a Supervisor and was quickly given additional responsibilities as an Instructor tasked with preparing new hires for their career in Janitorial Services. Frank was further promoted during his employment with FedCap and eventually departed his tenure as the General Manager of Custodial Services. In 1997, Frank joined DynaServ Industries, Inc seeking new challenges while working on expanding the company's geographic presence. With his expertise, Frank lead field operations, whereby managing a multi-service Contract in the New York/Metro territory for the Company's largest Client. Frank departed DynaServ in 2010 as their Vice President to join his former Team members at Lionheart.
CT & Westchester, NY Region
Thomas Homola is the General Manager of the Connecticut and Westchester, New York Region for Lionheart Maintenance. Tom is an experienced operating executive, who has worked in, and also founded, several professional service companies across multiple industries. Tom brings unique perspective and a wealth of experience to the Lionheart Team, providing a high level of client service and responsiveness to the CT/Westchester portfolio.
Tom's relationship with Lionheart Maintenance began in 2013, while serving as a Consultant for One Solution Services, a competitor that ultimately assigned its’ service contracts to Lionheart. Prior, Tom founded the Hospital Broadcast Network (HBN), an advertising media network provider in the healthcare industry. Before HBN, Tom was the CIO and VP of Operations for Distributed Media Corp., a media network serving the retail industry. He developed the infrastructure and staffing for both of these former companies from the “ground up”. Starting his career as a software developer, he is also accredited with creating multiple start-ups and has firsthand knowledge of the rigors of developing and implementing concepts, while building strategic relationships. Tom brings these key skills to assisting Lionheart’s expansion in the marketplace. Tom is a graduate of Marist College.
