With over 25-years of industry experience and holding senior executive positions at his two prior firms, Paul solidified an elite group of industry talent and former colleagues to form his own company in early 2010. With a reputation for being smart, creative and of the highest professional integrity, Paul’s track record demonstrates a proven industry leader. He has built an esteemed client list based on the philosophy of providing “boutique” style and “hands-on” service. In his career, Paul has worked on some of the most intricate client projects and contract implementations throughout the Tri-State. Operating from the Corporate office and warehouse facility centrally located in New Jersey, allows Paul and his Lionheart Team to service its’ Clients in New Jersey, New York City & CT. As President & CEO, his responsibilities include all aspects of the firm’s business, with a particular emphasis on developing strategic objectives to advance the company’s mission. Paul focuses his efforts on Lionheart’s Business Development, Financial Analysis, Marketing and Customer Retention. Being a “real estate enthusiast”, Paul also participates in related trade associations such as ISSA, BSCAI, and BOMA. Paul is a Founder & Trustee for his Brother Gregory’s 9/11 Foundation, as well as, actively involved in charitable endeavors like St. Jude, PAL and Veterans non-profits to name a few. A former Division-1 Hockey Player and graduate of St. Lawrence University, Paul also holds a M.S. Real Estate Degree from NYU.
Frank O’Malley is the Vice President of Operations for Lionheart Maintenance LLC. With 45-years in the Building Maintenance Industry, Frank offers a wealth of knowledge and field experience to Lionheart’s service portfolio. This is evident as he began his career in 1977, starting as a Union project worker at the World Trade Center, where he gained “hands-on” working experience in one of the world’s most notable trophy properties. Frank has excellent comprehension in all aspects of Janitorial applications, varying facility types, day cleaning, work-loading and green cleaning platforms. Frank is the Executive liaison between the Corporate Office and the field. His core responsibilities include: establishing service standards for operational procedures, oversight of labor and supply budgets, quality assurance, safety and continued enhancement of Lionheart’s cleaning programs. Frank’s expertise is vital to Lionheart’s “start-up” processes, insuring seamless Contract transitions and Client satisfaction. Additionally, Frank enjoys the direct involvement with our service workers and understands the value of training and proper motivation. Through personal and professional objectives, Frank seeks to instill a sense of pride, craftsmanship and professionalism in Lionheart’s staff. With his expertise, Frank leads field operations for Lionheart, managing service Contracts in the Tri-State territory for the Company’s Clients.
Matt Casoni is an Area Manager for Lionheart Maintenance LLC and plays a key role in servicing our Clients throughout the Tri-Stare. With over 20-years of industry experience, Matt began his career with Lionheart in 2011 as a Site Supervisor/Account Manager for a premier Corporate Client in New Jersey. With knowledge/certification in carpet care, mold remediation, fire restoration and power washing, Matt is Lionheart’s “Swiss army knife” because he can do just about anything or figure it out. A valuable resource to our Operations Team, Matt was quickly elevated to Area Manager. In his current role, Matt is responsible for day-to-day onsite service delivery, Client satisfaction and employee hiring & training. Prior to joining the Lionheart Team, Matt owned a Power Washing and Construction Cleaning Company.
